With over 10 years of experience in health and social care, I am passionate about helping older adults remain independent, connected and comfortable in their own homes.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Care and Support Worker, Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and Care Coordinator, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges individuals and families can face and the support that can make a real difference.

Why I Started Abigail's Helping Hands

I created Abigail's Helping Hands because I believe that sometimes it's the little things that have the greatest impact.

Many people don't require personal care but would benefit from companionship, practical support around the home, assistance with appointments, or simply having someone reliable to talk to and trust.

My aim is to provide support that brings comfort, confidence and peace of mind to both clients and their families.
